Wooo ~
Went gym with amanda just now .
Gym at taopayo .
I did ....
1. Cycling 20mins
2. Jogging 20mins ( actually 15mins are all just brisk walking ) :X
3. Rowing 20mins
4. Pushing leg 10mins

Awww ~
i wanna slim down !
Please give me back my last time de figure .
Although not slim , but at least not FAT LIKE NOW ?!

So , i've decided to exercise at least 2-3times a week .
Hope to aim a healthy weight by oct .
BMI at about 22 ?
I'll cut down on my diet too .
Will still eat , but try nt to eat too much and oily ba .
